I came across this dental office by accident back in 2018, Dr Tuan just happened to be up at the front desk and took his time to visit with me. I shared with him my extreme fear of dentistry which is the reason why I hardly go unless there's just a major problem, which is the worst time to go because it's more expensive lol, but that's on me! Dr Tuan shared with me that he had a solution which was called sedation. Mind you, it made me nervous even at the thought of sedation, I knew that it would be necessary because I have a high gag reflex and a very small mouth and I don't like having a lower block. I scheduled my appointment, had my sedation already in place, eyes closed, didn't hear anything going on I didn't feel anything going on and no memory of anything going on while I was in the chair. The staff have always been very kind and professional with me as Dr Tuan. I had since left California and moved out of state and years later found myself with all kinds of problems in my mouth and almost a full year in a dental chair, a periodontist chair, and an endodontist chair and I did sedation for all of those visits. I am now back in SoCal and we'll be back in Dr Tuan's chair

Worst dentist; incompetent; all work done in a faulty way ; a lot of not considering patient situation and suffering; not keeping their promises and word to the patient; very greedy practice; number one and only thing they care about is money; nothing else . If the situation not resolved ; definitely I am going to sue them at the court . Stay away from this practice and their incompetent dentists .

They make you pay for everything up front regardless if you have PPO insurance. I've been waiting over two months for their staff to provide my insurance company documentation so they can reimburse me some of the $2,000 that they took. I'm of disabled veteran with a 7 year old son I take care of as a single father. I'm begging Rosa to please provide the insurance company the paperwork they need to reimburse me some of the money. I know some of your customers probably wouldn't care and just pay out the money and forget about it, but I need to use my insurance because I am poor. Please help me. Please, if there's decency in your heart for a war veteran with the 7 year old son that needs to be provided for, please help me. I promise I will never get dental work done again if you help me out this one time. I'm sorry I got dental work done. I shouldn't have done it. I don't deserve it. Please help me so that I can provide for my son.

I've been going to Dr. Trinh and Dr. Tuan for over ten years and I notice their staff have been with the office just as long or longer. This tells me the doctor treats the staff like family. In turn, the doctors and staff will make you feel like family too. I always feel welcome visiting the office and I always receive their best attention. The CDIC team will treat you like family and provide you with the best care.

This place has the worst customer service. They called to tell me that I’m overdue for cleaning and when I called to schedule appointment they said there next available appointment would be four months out which wouldn’t make sense to call me in the first place. Each time I questioned my bill I would get another balance. They’ll rip you off if they know you have PPO and good dental insurance. When I try to talk to the dentist about my concerns the girls in the front desk would make excuses that he isn’t available. It’s sad that the dentists loose patience because of the staff he has managing the front desk.
